Our International Sales Team is currently looking to fill the role of an




  • You will be responsible for all French-speaking markets as well as for some of our most important export customers (distributors)

  • Manage our distributors and sales representatives in their respective markets

  • You will encourage and develop the sales teams to achieve their sales targets

  • Direct sales trips to some overseas French markets (DOMS)

  • Building a close relationship with key accounts

  • You identify new opportunities and potentials for new business

  • You analyze KPIs and define both quantitative and qualitative targets

  • Implement brand, product and communication strategies

  • Market analysis and identification of development potential

  • Set-up, development and implementation of sales structures in your countries 

  • Annual sales planning, budget planning and sales forecasting

  • Communication of sales-relevant company information to the sales teams and customers in the sales territory

  • Close interaction with Design- and Marketing teams to implement market specific needs

  • Communicate and train product, brand content and sales strategies with the sales teams and key accounts

  • Planning and implementation of sales meetings and international trade shows

  • Support for distributors at local trade fairs



Profile & Qualifications

  • Degree in business studies or completed commercial education

  • Several years of relevant sales and people management experience in an international context

  • Experience in an eyewear environment is a plus

  • You love to travel

  • Comprehensive commercial or business management knowledge

  • Excellent MS-Office skills and strong affinity for modern digital media

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written). German language skills would be great

  • Well organized and dynamic personality with commitment and team spirit

  • Problem solving and solution orientated mentality

  • Positive and open-minded personality
